REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Any tour that requires show or game tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE! No exceptions!

Overnight Tours A full refund will be given if our office is notified of your cancellation (30) thirty business days before the date of departure. If notification is received less than (30) thirty days before departure, a refund, if any, will be made less any expenses incurred due to non-refundable portions of the tour. Minimum deposit of $50 required for reservation.

One Day Tours A full refund will be given if our office is notified of your cancellation (10) business days or more before the date if departure. If cancelled less than (10) days a refund, if any, will be made minus incurred expenses. Minimum deposit of $25 required for reservation.

Returned Checks A $25.00 service charge will be assessed for all returned checks.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE Onondaga Coach offers trip cancellation insurance for our overnight tours. The cost of the insurance varies according to the cost of the trip. Call the office for information.

CANADIAN IMMIGRATION To enter Canada and return to the United States, all United States Citizens should have in their possession proof of citizenship. Only a birth certificate, passport, naturalization papers, voter registration card or resident alien card are acceptable! A DRIVER'S LICENSE IS NOT PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP, although a good idea to have should you "win big" at the Casino. Failure to have proof of citizenship will deny traveling with Onondaga Coach and forfeiture of any refund.

Itineraries may be changed, reversed or substitutions made at the discretion of the tour escort with regards to weather, time, etc.

TOUR COSTS INCLUDES Transportation via deluxe, air conditioned coach; hotel/motel accommodations with private bath; sightseeing; admissions and guide fee as shown in itinerary; the handling of one piece of luggage; all taxes for features pertaining to our tours. Price does NOT include meals, unless so specified, valet, laundry, cots, telephone calls and other personal expenses.

TIPPING A large part of the success of a tour is due to our drivers and escorts. If you wish to show appreciation to your driver and escort, we suggest you do it voluntarily and compensate them for the courtesy and services received.

Gift Certificates Make great gifts and can be given in any denomination for that someone special.

SEATING Assigned seating is implemented on all tours. You may request motorcoach seats and we will do our best to accomodate your request, however seats are NOT guaranteed. Seating for theater is NEVER guaranteed!
