Any tour that requires show or game tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE! No exceptions!

Overnight Tours Any refund will be given if our office is notified of your cancellation in writing by the date specified on your receipt and/or itinerary. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING! Depending on the cancellation restrictions, a refund, if any, will be made less any expenses incurred due to non-refundable portions of the tour. HOWEVER, check your overnight itinerary for specific guidelines as penalties can vary depending on the restrictions enforced from hotels, attractions, cruises, etc. Due to the increasing costs of processing cancellations, overnight tours canceled less than 40 business days in advance are also subject to a $25 pp fee; in addition to non-recoverable expenses. Minimum deposit of $50 required for reservation.

One Day Tours A refund will be given if our office is notified of your cancellation in writing by the date specfied on your receipt and/or itinerary. Depending on the cancellation restrictions, a refund, if any, will be made minus incurred expenses. Minimum deposit of $25 required for reservation.CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING!

Returned Checks A $30.00 service charge will be assessed for all returned checks.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE Onondaga Coach offers trip cancellation insurance for all tours through Travel Guard Insurance. The cost of the insurance varies according to the cost of the trip. Call the office for information to avoid the loss of money.

CANADIAN IMMIGRATION Beginning June 1, 2009: To enter Canada and return to the United States, all United States Citizens should have in their possession proof of citizenship. Only passport or Enhanced NYS Driver's License are acceptable! Failure to have the above will deny traveling with Onondaga Coach and forfeiture of any refund.

Itineraries May be changed, reversed or substitutions made at the discretion of the tour escort with regards to weather, time, etc.

TOUR COSTS INCLUDES Transportation via deluxe, air conditioned coach; hotel/motel accommodations with private bath; sightseeing; admissions and guide fee as shown in itinerary; the handling of one piece of luggage; all taxes for features pertaining to our tours. Price does NOT include meals, unless so specified, valet, laundry, cots, telephone calls and other personal expenses.

TIPPING A large part of the success of a tour is due to our drivers and escorts. If you wish to show appreciation to your driver and escort, we suggest you do it voluntarily and compensate them for the courtesy and services received. Typical gratuity is $2-$5 per person/ per day.

Gift Certificates Make great gifts and can be given in any denomination for that someone special.

SEATING Assigned seating is implemented on all tours. You may request motorcoach seats and we will do our best to accommodate your request, however seats are NOT guaranteed. Seating for theater is NEVER guaranteed!

SURCHARGEDue to the continuing rise of fuel prices, it may be necessary to implement fuel surcharges to the cost of the tour (not to exceed $5pp).

RESERVATIONS If making reservations for more than yourself; please be sure each person in your party is aware of the policies/procedures.
