At Onondaga Coach, we consider safety our number one priority. It is important for you, the customer, to know about the safety record of the company you will be riding with. We take pride in both the emphasis we place on your safety and the resulting excellent safety record we have achieved. We're proud to announce that we had a 100% pass rate on our 25+ NYSDOT bus inspections for 2010-2011.

Another area of safety to consider is the office staff in charge of overseeing the safety regulations and maintaining all proper paperwork/documentation. Even more important are the professional Onondaga Coach Bus Drivers who are all NYSDMV 19-A Qualified who must maintain this status at all times by completing both annual and biennial written, abstract, and behind the wheel tests. Recently we've been audited by the Federal USDOT, State NYSDOT, and State NYSDMV and have been found to be in compliance and received the highest pass rates possible.

Onondaga Coach is taking it a step further and is currently in the process of becoming Department of Defense (DOD) Certified, which reviews all facets of our company rigourously. Only select bus companies become DOD Certified as the criteria is very strict. One more way to show everyone we strive for excellence and operate one of the safety transportation companies in our area! When this is complete and official, we will certainly share the news with you.

We have our own maintainence facility with a full-time paid staff of professional mechanics who rigorously inspect each motorcoach before and after every trip to insure the safety and reliability of each bus. Nearly $225,000 is spent annually to maintain our fleet. We will not cut corners on safety just to save a buck or two. You may be able to find a cheaper price quote for a bus trip, but how much is your safety worth?
